Who does All Things Matriarch serve?
Mothers, grandmothers, caregivers, professionals, retirees and other women carrying the weight of home, family, work and life.
What services can I combine?
Many Haven Support, laundry, organization, errand, personal-assistance, and eligible hair or loc services can be combined after intake and shaped into a personalized Haven Relief Plan.
Do you provide loc and hair care support?
Yes. Support may include washing, conditioning, braid takedown, detangling, wash-day setup and cleanup, loc preparation and select mobile loc services.
Do you provide childcare or medical care?
No. All Things Matriarch does not provide childcare supervision, medical services, nursing, clinical care, or hands-on personal care.
How is pricing confirmed?
There is no public one-size-fits-all price list. After we review your Haven Needs, selected support, scope, timing, frequency, travel, and any service-specific considerations, we prepare a personalized quote for you to review before services are scheduled.
Are travel and purchases included?
Travel policies apply by distance. Clients reimburse shopping, errand and third-party expenses.
What is excluded from standard service?
Pests, mold, biohazards, unsafe environments and unusually heavy-soil or clutter conditions require separate evaluation and may be declined.
Do you offer companion services?
No. All Things Matriarch is not a companion-care service and does not provide ongoing presence, sitter-style support, supervision, or social companionship as a standalone service. ATM support is task-based and centered on practical relief, Haven care, errands, organization, coordination, laundry, and eligible hair or loc support.
What if I need medical, personal-care, or companion support?
Those needs fall outside All Things Matriarch’s service lane. Because ATM and Health at Home are separate companies within the same broader care ecosystem, we can help point you toward Health at Home when your needs involve home care, hands-on personal support, companion services, or medical support.
Can I schedule recurring support?
Yes. The Relief Society offers recurring paths after the first intake and service fit are confirmed.
How do I begin?
Submit the Relief Visit inquiry. We will review what feels heavy and help shape the next step.
